This is a very tiny collectible Limoges, France plate. It has a courting couple in the center and a cobalt rim that is heavily trimmed in gold. This piece has a tiny little metal holder that shows the plate standing up. It is a darling little piece. It is 2 1/8" across. Great detail in the courting couple in the center. It is a fine bone china piece.
