This is a really neat basket. It is great for any kind of storage. It is in very good condition with no damage. I believe it is a type of die cast metal. It is quite heavy at just over 8lbs. I would imagine these were used back in the day for some type of drinks or dairy products. It is very clean and free of rust. Perfect for stacking with a lip around the bottom that fits perfectly on top of another. It is 16″ long, 11″ wide and 6″ deep.
