Description
This is a beautiful little Fascinator hat. It is Navy blue around the edges and blue on the top. The fabric on the top is a shinny fabric. The white fabric on the edges is a tiny waffle pattern white fabric and it has navy blue button on it in 5 places. It is 21" around the inside of the rim. Great for many occasions. It has netting with tabs on the ends for pinning in the hair.
