Description
A beautiful Dresden Ireland figurine. This piece is very detailed and ornate. It is called Irene. It is marked MZ as is the Dresden from Germany, but made after WWII. These vintage pieces date to 1945-today. They are still being made in Ireland, since the factory was destroyed in Germany during the war. The crinoline lace is made by infusing cotton into the porcelain and creating a lace of porcelain. This particular piece is in Excellent condition without a spec of damage to the lace or piece. Her skirt is full and there are tiny flowers added to the top of the crinoline. She is hand painted and standing against a fence. She is 5" tall and is on a pedestal base that is 3" across. It to is painted with grass. There are tiny flowers growing up the side of the fence.
