Description
From my personal collection, I have a cabinet full of demitasse tea cups and saucers. When I get a new one, I boot out an old one that I don’t love as much as some of the others. It is becoming more difficult to do the kicking out of some of my favorites. I have had this piece for about 30 years and it is time to let it go. This piece is made in Occupied Japan and is called Cherry China. It is a very dainty pattern of small flowers around the rim of the cup and the edge of the saucer. A very pretty little set. The saucer is 4 7/8" across. The cup is 2 1/2" across and 2 1/4" tall.
