From my personal collection, I have decided to downsize the time it takes me to dust each week. I am also afraid that all of my favorite things will end up on the quarter table. lol… This is fantastic Mid Century Modern set of 6 tea cups and saucers, new in the boxes. They are all unused and are designer made, Daniel Hetcher. He began making designer clothing in the 1930’s and later expanded to home goods. He retired in 2010. The company headquarters were actually in Germany. This is a great set of fine bone china. They are white with black, gray and gold geometric patterns. They are all trimmed out in gold. The saucer is slightly raised in the center so that the cup sits down into the saucer. The saucers are 6 1/4" across. The cups are 3 1/2" across the tops and 2 3/4" deep. They are all marked on the bottoms.Great for a wedding gift or a bridal shower, perfect for collecting or display. None of the items in this shop have any damage of any kind. All of the pieces listed are all suitable for coffee or tea.
