From my personal collection, I have decided to downsize the time it takes me to dust each week. I am also afraid that all of my favorite things will end up on the quarter table. lol… This is a beautiful Queen Anne tea cup and saucer, made in England. It is scalloped around the edge of the cup and saucer. The roses are beautifully patterned and are large. They are large pink roses, dark pink roses and yellow roses. This is an earlier set and unique because of the apple green background. The inside of the cup is white and has a single large pink rose. For some reason, the coloring isn’t showing up correctly on some of the pictures, so the most accurate color is the one taken on the white background. The saucer is 5 3/4" across. The cup is 3 1/2" across and 3" tall with a gold ring on the short pedestal base and gold on the handle. The rest of the set is not trimmed out in gold, which is also unusual. I love roses and the detail in this set is just stunning. Great for a wedding gift or a bridal shower, perfect for collecting or display. None of the items in this shop have any damage of any kind. All of the pieces listed are all suitable for coffee or tea.
