An obsolete Police badge. This piece is in great condition and has a very pretty color. It is made by Blackinton and is marked Hi-Glo on the back. It is a large badge at 3 1/2" long and 2 1/2" across. The gold color is very accurate and the detail is great. It is marked Officer Powell State of Ohio and Police, Ohio. A nice center circle of enamel. A very pretty piece.
