From my personal collection, I have decided to downsize the time it takes me to dust each week. I am also afraid that all of my favorite things will end up on the quarter table. lol… A beautiful hand painted Early Nippon tea cup and saucer with a single serve tea pot. This piece is in great condition with no damage of any kind. It is flow blue with orange and bright green. It has white enamel around the flowers. This set is in excellent condition with no damage of any kind. The saucer is 5 1/2" across. The cup is 3 7/8" across the top and 2 1/2" tall. It holds 6 oz. The little teapot matches the cup and is all also hand decorated. These pieces are marked Nippon and have a very early back stamp. The flowers are bright orange and it is trimmed in gold to match the cup and saucer. The teapot is 4 1/4" tall and 5 1/2" from the spout to the handle. It is rare for a set like this to have survived. A darling little single serve teapot.Great for a wedding gift or a bridal shower, perfect for collecting or display. None of the items in this shop have any damage of any kind. All of the pieces listed are all suitable for coffee or tea.
