A Stunning and RARE Antique, Gillinder & Sons Lion Head Pattern Glass Compote Circa 1876-1877. This is a very rare piece and it is absolutely stunning. This piece is early and not many have survived. It is a large piece and just beautiful. The lions are all frosted or satin glass. The lion on the lid is a full lion. The stem has 3 lion faces around the stem. The base is also satin glass. A Very Beautiful piece. From the estate of an antique collector that collected only the finest and rarest items.
