From my personal collection, I have decided to downsize the time it takes me to dust each week. I am also afraid that all of my favorite things will end up on the quarter table. lol…This is a very neat German tea cup and saucer. It has dainty flowers inside and out. It is marked on the bottom, Thomas, US Zone, Germany. This cup holds 6 ounces. The cup is 3 7/8" across the top and 2 3/8" tall. The saucer is 5 7/8" across. No damage of any kind. This piece is a War-time piece and dates to the 1940’s. The colors are just beautiful with pink, purple, yellow, blue and lavender. There are green stems and leaves. There is also a small pattern of the same inside of the cup. The handle and top and bottom rims of the cup are trimmed out in gold. The rim of the saucer and the center of the saucer is also trimmed in gold. No gold loss. A pretty piece.Great for a wedding gift or a bridal shower, perfect for collecting or display. None of the items in this shop have any damage of any kind. All of the pieces listed are all suitable for coffee or tea.
