A really pretty hat. Great to wrap a bun or bundle of hair. This piece is fully elastic and done in silver thread. It is loaded with sequins. There isn’t a makers label in this piece so I do not know the maker. It is in great condition with no damage. It is adjustable for multiple ways to wear.
