This is a Beauty!! A handled snack, cookie, tort tray with black and orange fired on paint. There is silver overlay around the rim and a pattern on the black section of the plate. Beautiful Art deco handled plate. It is 11″ across the plate and 4 1/2″ tall to the top of the handle. I didn’t clean the silver as to leave it with the original patina.
