Description
This is a beautiful late 1800’s Limoges, France oval covered casserole dish with a double handle. It is in good condition with no damage to the base and a small chip in the lid as can be seen in the pictures. This oval dish has a handle at each end that is gold trimmed with some gold loss. A very beautiful "Princess" pattern bowl with a scalloped edge. It is 12" long and 7" across. The handle on the lid is a gold bow. It is 2 7/8" deep. Perfect for serving potatoes. I try to describe items as accurately as possible.
