This is a very neat hand made folk art piece. It is wooden and all hand made. It is a neat folk art piece and in good condition. It is 13" tall and 9" across. It shows some signs of damage on the hat, as in pictures. It has a peg, where it possibly was attached to something. It is a very neat piece. It is 5" front to back.
