It is a light blue on the outside and the top of the saucer. the cup has stunning Morning Glories painted inside. It is just fabulous. It is all trimmed out in gold. The saucer is 5 1/2" across. The cup is 3 1/2" across the top and 3" tall. It has a pedestal base that is gold. Great for a boost with morning coffee.
