Description
This is a beautiful and hard to find large water pitcher. This piece would have been used with a basin at a dry sink. It is very large, very old and has no chips, cracks or damage of any kind. The piece was made in Holland, 1850’s-60’s. The bottom is marked with; Anemone (pattern), Nord, St. Amand & Hamage. The material is ironstone. It is 11" tall and 8 1/2" from the spout to the handle. The handle also has a blue transferware pattern. This is a very rare find. It has a fantastic beautiful floral pattern with large blue flowers and stems. Some beautiful blue scrolls and a dark blue pattern on the handle and around the inside of the spout. It holds 1/2 gallon.
