Description
This is a Fantastic piece. It is marked in the bottom left corner, Illuminated by Isabel Saul during 1945, the year of the great Victories. It is just Stunning! It is all done in gold, green, navy, rust and red. It is trimmed out with a blue line, a gold and rust mat, a navy blue mat and then gold framing. Just a stunning, ornate golden wooden frame. It is 18" x 25".
